Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Courtesy Care is committed to provided the highest level of products and services to meet your needs. If your order contains any incorrect or damaged items please contact us within five days of receiving your order and we will provide an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number to refund/return or exchange your order. We will gladly exchange or refund any unopened items
less shipping cost unless it is deemed the fault of Courtesy Care. We are unable to accept returns of opened packages due to sanitary reasons. Please follow the directions below to return/exchange any items in your order:
• Call our customer service representative at (800) 601-0903 to discuss your return exchange and receive your RMA number. Please have your invoice number or account number available.
• All products must be in their original packaging and/or sealed packaging.
• Include a copy of your packing slip checking the items that you are returning and noting your RMA number.

• Your refund will be issued in accordance with the method of payment used and processed
within 5 days of receiving your return.
• Shipping cost are non-refundable unless deemed the fault of Courtesy Care Supplies. Special
order items are non-returnable.
You may cancel your order with Courtesy Care at any time. If the order has not shipped there will be no cancellation fees charged. However, if the order has shipped the cancellation will be subject to 3% credit card processing fee and 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not reimbursed.
