Standard UPS/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes
Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).
Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24
business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Mountain
Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight
and Saturday delivery options are not available.

Once you have created your shopping cart, choose the "international customers" button and
you will be led through the Bongo system. International shipping rates are calculated during
checkout based on your desired service level (International Economy or International Express),
item type, quantity, total weight of your order and the destination's postal code. Additional
charges related to shipping, duties or tax are available at checkout for review before you
complete your purchase.
Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for international shipping due to size and customs
restrictions. Our system may prompt you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your
destination country does not permit import of that item.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY FROM THE U.S.
If you are located in the U.S. and would like to ship an order to an international recipient, you
must use our "international checkout" process. Visit the international section of our website
and select your designated country. To make your international shopping more convenient, our
international site will help narrow your search and only display inventory that is available for
delivery to your selected country. You will receive a guaranteed order total for your
international order, including all customs tariffs, taxes and international shipping charges. You
can still pay in American dollars or use a U.S. credit card.
We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United
States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of
ALASKA AND HAWAII SHIPPING
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

additional shipping and handling charges will apply. Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S.

International orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and
applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Please
be aware that many product warranties do not provide coverage outside of the United States,
and some products may not be exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers'

coverage, compatibility or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.
Free or discounted shipping promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING
Some items are eligible for white glove delivery. What this means is that a technician will
deliver the product, bring it inside your home and set it up. If you choose white glove delivery,
please keep in mind that once the item has shipped it cannot be canceled. Any order canceled
after it has shipped will result in the customer being responsible for the shipping charges.
