Standard UPS/USPS shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes
Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).
Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24
business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Mountain
Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight
and Saturday delivery options are not available.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY FROM THE U.S.
If you are located in the U.S. and would like to ship an order to an international recipient, you
must use our "international checkout" process. Visit the international section of our website
and select your designated country. To make your international shopping more convenient, our
international site will help narrow your search and only display inventory that is available for
delivery to your selected country. You will receive a guaranteed order total for your
international order, including all customs tariffs, taxes and international shipping charges. You
can still pay in American dollars or use a U.S. credit card.
We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United
States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of

WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING
Some items are eligible for white glove delivery. What this means is that a technician will
deliver the product, bring it inside your home and set it up. If you choose white glove delivery,
please keep in mind that once the item has shipped it cannot be canceled. Any order canceled
after it has shipped will result in the customer being responsible for the shipping charges.
